An Arenzville man is in custody on a charge of aggravated animal cruelty.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported 38-year-old Adam Kaffenberger was arrested on Wednesday after an investigation began on Friday.
Investigators reported searching a residence on Frederick Street in Arenzville but provided no other details.
Kaffenberger was taken to the Schuyler County Jail.
