Two juveniles arrested for defacing property in Jacksonville

Two female juveniles were arrested by Jacksonville Police Wednesday for spray painting multiple vehicles, buildings and a statue on the city’s downtown plaza.Both are 16 years old.The damage was reported to police early Monday morning. Jacksonville Police Lt.
