Traffic signal work at intersection of Dirksen and Sangamon Tuesday

Traffic signals at the intersection of North Dirksen Parkway and Sangamon Avenue will be on a flash as a four-way stop and turn lanes will be restricted, with other through lanes reduced to accommodate City Water, Light & Power’s repairs to an overhead traffic signal on Tuesday.Work is expected to begin around 5 a.m. and last the entire day.During work, no right turns onto Dirksen will be permitted from westbound Sangamon.
