2 more deaths at Jacksonville facility brings total to 12

With two deaths reported Monday, a COVID-19 outbreak at the Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has now claimed 12 lives.Morgan County Coroner Marcy Patterson said that a 91-year-old woman who lived there died at Memorial Medical Center, and a 78-year-old woman died at the home.
