City man indicted by grand jury on murder charges

A Springfield man was indicted by a grand jury on three first-degree murder charges Wednesday in the July 14 death of Ray Lofton, also of Springfield.Blake J. Walton, 33, is scheduled to be arraigned in Sangamon Court Thursday.Walton is custody at the Sangamon County Jail.
