Male struck by gunfire at Dirksen and Clear Lake

A 24-year-old male was struck by gunfire from a passing vehicle at Dirksen Parkway and Clear Lake Avenue early Wednesday afternoon.The victim was a passenger in another vehicle, said Springfield Police Deputy Chief Joshua Stuenkel.
